Bijkomend voordeel is dus dat hier ook van afvalt. Het is een soort van vervolg na lowcarb en paleo. De rode draad is heel weinig koolhydraten en suikers en meer vetten en eiwitten. En misschien lees je ook vaker over mijn dagen op pad met fiets en trein. \u2026. En vraag je j\u00e8 af hoe ik dat dan doe met zo\u2019n dieet, haha.
