Wat Jonnie Boer kruiden gebruikt natuurlijk (Fungi Trifolati en Lemon pepper) Ik bakte een uitje en wat pijnboompitjes met een paar kastanjechampignons. Had nog een halve zak verse spinazie die ik erbij deed en liet slinken. Een flinke bloeb lactosevrije room erbij , even inkoken, en als laatste de met de spirelli gesneden courgette als de pasta. ( deze kwam uit de vriezer, over van een vorige keer\u2026\u2026 nou\u2026.. dat doen we dus niet meer!!! ) En als \u201ckers op de taart\u201d natuurlijk wat oude Italiaanse kaas erover geraspt. Ik heb weer heeerrrrlijk gegeten na mijn intermittent fasting window ????
