Zoete aardappel, courgette, wortel en pastinaak. De lactosevrije roomkaas die ik vorige week maakte met verse en italiaanse kruiden vermengde ik met 3 eieren en als laatste afgemaakt met geraspte Pardano voor het krokante kaaslaagje bovenop.
